Large new apartment development

This challenging project involved converting the former Sky TV HQ into a development of over 280 newly converted apartments.

Newtonwood provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services directly for the developer client and overcame challenges such as bringing new incoming power onto the site and creating a roof extension on each of the 4 Nr buildings to provide additional penthouses.
