A new build 3 storey luxury 6 bedroom house including a swimming pool, basement parking with car-lift and extensive external landscaping works including a man made river with a moat.

Our role supporting the owner developer was Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Consultancy. We effectively provided a multi phased procurement and construction programme which enabled the owner to develop their bespoke finished new build property.
