BIO are a digital change agency and required a new larger office space which their thriving and creative business to continue to grow. The building stands within the Old Street roundabout tech district and other notable tenants within the building included WeWork and Microsoft.

Newtonwood project managed a design and build procurement route for the fit out of this space for our client. We coordinated a professional team over a 8 week pre contract and 14 week post contract on site construction programme
