Native Land needed to expand their office space within a building which they owned and they came to us on the back of our long standing relationship with them managing similar works for them.

Newtonwood provided Employers Agent and Cost Consultancy services and procured a JCT Design and Build Contract with a single main contractor overcoming design and logistical challenges to successfully deliver the project both on the original time and budget constraints.
